Once payment is received a questionnaire will be emailed to you. Once I have received your replies, a sample will be mailed to you with a general design idea, colors & fonts within 5 business days. Upon your approval I will then proceed with the design. If you would like to change the general design once you have approved it additional fees would apply for time ($35/hr). Please keep in mind that I am a fairly easygoing person (my children have worn me down...lol), and very accomodating, but I do not work for free, my grocery budget just does not allow it, nor does my husband.

I like LOTS of communication and appreciate you sharing all your ideas for your custom design. Typical turnaround time is approximately 12 business days depending on speed of communication, amount of revisions, and current workload.

Due to the nature of the item, there will be no refunds offered. However, I am an easygoing person and am more than willing to work with you until you are satisfied.
